Terms

The units are available to let by way of a flexible lease, plus a monthly service charge (both plus VAT). The service charge includes free broadband but tenants can upgrade for VoIP for faster connections. Whilst water is free, electricity is recharged at cost.

Availability

We currently have 1 large unit (formerly occupied by R1SE Yoga/Pilates) and 3 small units available. All are on the 2nd floor. The larger space would make a great potential bar, F&B offering or office. The smaller units again could be an office or retail space (eg health & beauty) or would be ideal for small street vendors/micro-bar.
