About

What we do

colloco delivers market leading commercial property advice in Sheffield and the wider Sheffield City Region. We offer advice to parties on both sides of the fence – to developers, investors and landlords and to occupiers and businesses with commercial property requirements.

Disposals

Commercial disposals (lettings and sales) are based on relationships, networks, communication and the ability to do a deal. We deliver the best properties to the market in the best way we can, portraying each property in a simple and approachable way and using every means at our disposal to give your property the best chance of securing a tenant or a purchaser.

Acquisitions

Moving or expanding your business is one of the most important decisions a business makes. We understand that and colloco helps your business through the minefield. Choosing the right property, for the right reasons and on the best commercial terms. We know the market, we spend time to understand your business and we know how to execute a deal.

Collaboration

Our ability to collaborate means that we can offer the best commercial property solutions to our clients from project inception to delivery. We do not claim to be experts at everything, but we work in a world where collaborating with the right partners provides access to a portfolio of highly skilled and regarded individuals and organisations.

About

colloco was established in 2017 by Tim Bottrill, one of Sheffield's most respected and well known commercial agents. After 20 years of deals in the city, the time came for Tim to take that experience and deliver commercial property advice and services in the way that he envisaged – with passion, innovation and expertise.

Agency is not necessarily about brand and what happened in the past, it is about today – delivering property and shaping the market place in a flexible and intelligent way, building on relationships formed over 20 years and building new relationships as Sheffield evolves.

colloco is committed to Sheffield and this commitment goes much further than promoting the city through day-to-day business. Tim is heavily involved in Sheffield Chamber of Commerce – chairing its property forum, SPARC. Tim is also one of the founders Sheffield Property Association and sits on its board.
