We are pleased to have assisted Henry Boot in their recent move to the Isaacs Building. Their new head office comprises 12,800 sq ft over the top 3 floors of the new building which will accommodate more than 90 employees. Their occupation of the building will play a significant role in the company’s aim to reduce it’s carbon footprint (with their goal being to reduce their carbon footprint and become “Net Zero carbon” by 2030). In addition, occupation of this building – part of the Heart of the City development – is seen as a way to attract new talent and support retention of existing colleagues.
