Construction is starting on Endeavour, the 4th and final office building at Sheffield’s Digital Campus. We are delighted to be acting as joint agent of this landmark building which, with it’s Sheaf Street location adjacent to the main train station, will enjoy the best transport links in the city. Covering eight storeys, Endeavour will comprise around 67,000 sq ft of Grade A office space and is due to be delivered in Summer 2022. With flexible open plan floor plates (capable of subdivision) of up to 10,635 sq ft available and a private 630 sq ft roof terrace on the sixth floor, it will provide premium workspace to suit a variety of business space requirements. Additionally, the building has been designed to create a welcoming and impressive sense of arrival with a double height entrance reception and social space allowing visitors and colleagues to interact.
Electric Works, Ventana House and Acero, the other 3 buildings within the development, have all been let and sold to investors with occupiers including Sky, Kennedy’s, Michael Page, Atkins and Spaces. The scheme has and continues to prove successful, establishing a new office quarter in a super-prime location next to the city’s major transport hubs and in the centre of the development framework for new HS2 Midlands Station.
