St James House is providing a new collection of private serviced office space in Sheffield city centre, designed for small businesses, consultants, project teams and growing companies seeking flexible workspace without the commitment of a traditional office lease.
Nine private suites are planned, ranging from approximately 86 sq ft to 757 sq ft, providing a choice of accommodation for individual professionals and smaller teams. The offices will be available on flexible, all-inclusive terms, with occupiers benefiting from communal Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, shared kitchen and WC facilities and on-site car parking.
The accommodation is being refurbished to provide bright, clean and modern workspace, with extensive natural light and elevated views across Sheffield.

Location

St James House is prominently located at the junction of Vicar Lane and Campo Lane in Sheffield's professional quarter, with excellent access to the wider city centre. City Hall and Cathedral tram stops are nearby, together with major bus routes, while Sheffield Railway Station is approximately 13 minutes away. Availability

The new serviced suites are expected to be available for occupation from November 2026, subject to completion of the refurbishment works.

Terms

The suites will be available on flexible, all inclusive terms, with a minimum letting period of 6 months.
