Phlux Technology have taken 3,692 sq ft at Pennine 5, which is now 60% let. Echoing our client’s sentiments in a recent Place Yorkshire article, we welcome Phlux who will be moving from the University of Sheffield’s Kroto Innovation Centre to make Pennine 5 their new base. Phlux comment that the location of the property is ideal for them and that their new premises are a beautiful space for their employees to work. Additionally, they would like to see the campus becoming a hub for like-minded technology businesses in the city. We wish them well in their new home.
