The Sheffield Property Association (“SPA”) has commissioned a report “An Evaluation of the Economic Impact of Post-COVID Working Practices in Sheffield City Centre”. It’s official launch took place at an event in the new city centre offices of Henry Boot plc at Isaacs Building (part of Heart of the City development). SPA representatives spoke, with Henry Boot CEO Tim Roberts providing interesting feedback on their business decision to relocate.
The event culminated in a Q&A session, in which our own Tim Bottrill took part, which gave insight as to what is happening with working patterns and spending habits in Sheffield city centre following Covid, and more broadly around UK cities.
