We are delighted to have assisted our client, Turner Investments Ltd (“TIL”), in their sale to Cobra Sport of newly built, state of the art, industrial premises at Turner Business Park. The 6,000 sq ft unit, just off the Parkway, has been purpose built by our client for Cobra who are currently busy completing their fit out. This marks a relocation for the company, who plan to expand their sports and exhaust manufacturing business as part of a £1m growth plan.
