We are excited to confirm that BT Group have taken a 15 year lease of Endeavour, the final office to be built by our client Scarborough Group International at Sheffield Digital Campus (“SDC”). Despite the pandemic’s best efforts, practical completion is due to take place in early 2023 (with tenant fit out being undertaken prior to that).
Colloco are delighted to have been involved in bringing such a prestigious tenant to the SDC, following on from the introduction of other household names to the other buildings there in the form of Sky, IBM, Kennedys and Atkins – all adding to the skilled workforce found in our city. BT Group have said they expect to retain a core workforce at Endeavour of around 1,000 people.
