Doesn’t 5 years go by fast (or maybe it’s just an “age thing”)! We’ve had an amazing 5 years here at colloco, having been involved in such a great variety of truly interesting work. None of this would have been possible without the continued support of ALL our clients and friends in the property industry here in Sheffield – a truly collaborative effort to make deals happen wherever possible on time and on budget.
We moved from our original Krynkl “home” to a beautifully refurbished Georgian building on Bank Street 3 years ago. Then Covid hit – despite which we continue to go from strength to strength.
So what’s on the radar? We certainly intend to build on what’s been a remarkable 5 years. We are committed to our city and delivering #amazingspaces to the market. We continue to advise on some of the most important and relevant projects in the city such Heart of the City, Fargate, Park Hill, Pennine 5, Digital Campus and New Era. We also continue to bring genuinely unique spaces to the market such as Chaucer Yard, Eyewitness Works and Castle House.
And we look forward to continuing to operate at this level of the market for the next 5 years at least!
