Well over half of the commercial space as part of the Phase 2 redevelopment at Park Hill is now either secured or in advanced discussions. In a recent article published by industry renowned Urban Splash, the Senior Commercial Lettings Manager says: “We’ve been delighted with the response from businesses in the city so far especially as it has been such a challenging time.
