The Estates Gazette has just published the results of it’s annual Most Active Agent Competition. This measures the top agents by deals volumes across key sectors and regions of the UK. We are delighted to reveal that we were placed 4th most active agent in terms of office space across the whole of Yorkshire – not just Sheffield! This demonstrates that we are truly recognised as a regional specialist and is something that we are immensely proud of.
As a general comment worthy of note, EG state that the results provide an intriguing insight into a year in which agents were forced to adapt to entirely new ways of working as well as occupier demand radically changing.
