We are pleased to announce that we have acted for Schroders on their disposal of The Portergate on Ecclesall Road, to Brookland Real Estate. This substantial office building is undergoing a (nearly completed) comprehensive refurbishment scheme and comprises 3 floors with secure basement parking. A sister company, CC33 (an established boutique and tech-enabled Sheffield based contact centre), will occupy a floor and a half of the building. The remaining half floor plus top floor – the subject of the final phase of the aforementioned refurbishment works – remain available to let and we shall be releasing details shortly – watch this space!
