2020 has been a challenging year for many of us but despite the challenges HOTC has made massive steps forward and will continue to do over the next few years.
We have been working hard on the office element and during the course of 2020 we have seen:
- The completion of the letting to CMS at No 1 Charter Square, who will finish their fit out and move in early 2021.
- Investment in 38 Carver St, which will see the opening of a unique co-working space in April 2021.
- That construction is well underway at Isaacs (see photos!) and will complete in Sept 2021.
- Our success in going to market with the redevelopment of Leah’s Yard.
