It is not often that we sing our own praises. However, colloco are delighted to have been placed 1st (up from 3rd last year!) in the Estates Gazette’s annual league table of the “Sheffield office disposals”. Having only just celebrated our third year in business this Summer, we are truly thrilled with this achievement.
The accompanying article reported on letting activity in Sheffield over a 12 month period (to 31 July 2020) and highlighted that, operating in a “steely market, with an upswing in transacted space”, colloco:
– were sole agent on the largest deal of the year – the 47,500 sq ft prelet to law firm CMS at No 1 Charter Square;
– were the only agent in the city to break the 100,000 sq ft barrier;
– did 42% of the deals in the market by reference to square footage; and
– continue to be involved in some of the most exiting projects in Sheffield including Heart of the City, Pennine Five, Park Hill and New Era to name but a few.
Perhaps most edifying is that the Estates Gazette’s article publishing the deals table states that “…the performance of colloco is genuinely eye-catching”. Given the the fact that the market (and world) has had a very difficult time of it during the last 6 months, this is something we are proud to draw to your attention.
