We have announced previously that we are excited to be involved in the marketing of the next phase of the HoTC2 scheme. This involves bringing to life:
- Blocks H1 and H3 – The Cambridge Street Collective (including Leah’s Yard): a cultural gathering with the idea being to create a centre for Sheffield people to meet, socialise, eat, drink and be entertained. Plans include the creation of a live music venue; and
- Block H2: a visually striking, brand new, low carbon building offering c.70,000 sq ft of Grade A office space.
We thought you might like to see the short information film that was prepared by the Council to outline the proposals for Block H. For local residents and interested parties, it gives a good oversight – including CGIs – of what is planned for our city.
