We are delighted to have been able to secure the law firm CMS as the final tenant to ensure that No 1 Charter Square is now fully let. They have signed a 20-year lease securing a superb new working environment for their 350 Sheffield based employees. “Paul Sargent, chief executive of the council’s development partner Queensberry said the move was another step towards a new financial and professional services district… Our ambition has always been to deliver a new commercial district that can evolve over time in line with the wider region’s economy – this is a great example of the way that strategy is becoming a reality.”
