New images and official names have been unveiled for the next two blocks in Sheffield City Council’s HoTC2 development project: Burgess House, Athol House and Isaacs Building. The two new blocks, which were granted planning approval earlier this year, sit alongside each other and we are delighted to announce that we will be jointly marketing the commercial space on offer.
The first to become available will be Isaacs Building, which will provide over 39,000 sq ft of contemporary Grade A office space behind the sympathetically restored Victorian frontage. Of note is the office space on the top floor which will offer sweeping views across the south of the city.
Located between Pinstone Street, Cambridge Street and Charles Street, the building will form part of the Five Ways pedestrianised junction at the heart of the scheme.
