We are pleased to have been part of the latest property ‘good news story’ in Sheffield. We have assisted Sheffield City Council and their development partner, Queensberry, in agreeing the letting of 38 Carver Street. As part of the HoTC2 project, this vacant office building will be fully refurbished and turned into a mixed use development to include a workspace and bar.
The offices will be serviced under the Cubo brand, with the bar – called Alto – being on the rooftop (which will make use of the building’s own elevated position and offer fantastic views of the city).
