We are pleased to announce that we have been asked to enquire about land/development opportunities for a client who is very keen to build homes and commercial accommodation in and around Sheffield.  Our developer client has a proven track record for high quality, cutting edge design and is keen to build high calibre accommodation in our region. They are looking at 2 types of opportunities currently:

CITY CENTRE REGION

  • Minimum 150 bed city centre hotel
  • Minimum 250 bed city centre student accommodation
  • Minimum 60,000 sq ft city centre commercial space
  • Minimum 100 homes in either refurbished (interesting) building or cleared site

 

SUBURBAN HOUSING SITES

  • Minimum 3 acre sites on the edge or within a 30 minute commute from the city centre
  • Brownfield land or land located for housing (ie not contentious)
  • Land where vacant possession can be gained within 18 months from acquisition
