- Minimum 250 bed city centre student accommodation
- Minimum 60,000 sq ft city centre commercial space
- Minimum 100 homes in either refurbished (interesting) building or cleared site
SUBURBAN HOUSING SITES
- Minimum 3 acre sites on the edge or within a 30 minute commute from the city centre
- Brownfield land or land located for housing (ie not contentious)
- Land where vacant possession can be gained within 18 months from acquisition
