It is not often that we sing our own praises. However, colloco are delighted to have been placed 3rd in the Estates Gazette annual league table of the “top 10 most active agents in Sheffield”. Having only just celebrated our first year in business this Summer, we are truly thrilled with this achievement.
The accompanying article reported on letting activity in Sheffield over a 12 month period (to July 2018). It flagged that:
– colloco “…celebrated its first year with a solid third place in the rankings, advising on more than 105,000 sq ft of lettings…” and that “…one year in colloco has got off to a flying start…”
– average deal sizes in Sheffield were up by 15.6% to 5,146 s ft (from 4,451 sq ft the previous year); and
– the largest letting was of Acero at Sheffield Digital Compus to Spaces.
