We are pleased to announce that we have been fully retained to acquire office space on behalf of Today Translations. Our clients are a multi-national translation company headquartered in London. They already have a base in Sheffield and seeking to expand here. The office needs to meet the following criteria:
- Size – minimum of 8-10,000 sq ft but would consider anything unto 15,000 sq ft
- Location – Sheffield city centre or fringe, preferably with easy access to Sheffield Station
- Tenure – freehold
- Property with the potential to accommodate both the company’s office base and home to their Today Academy training facility, ideally with the option for some (10-20%) residential accommodation
- Quality – good quality modern office space, will consider “project” buildings or part income producing investments
- Timing – our clients are not under a strict timescale but are wanting to source space in the next 6-18 months
