We are delighted to have been successful in handling the first sale at the historic Wharncliffe Works – a truly #amazing space – to Joi Polloi on behalf of our client Henry Halls. The company creates digital experiences and platforms for the TV, media and cultural industries. Wharncliffe Works is a Grade II property which had sadly fallen into a state of disrepair and was crying out for regeneration. Joi Polloi are particularly pleased to have been able to provide input and tailor the space to suit their needs. They also like the fact that their new offices are situated in a prime location within Kelham Island’s growing digital and creative community. The restoration has been tastefully undertaken and has allowed for many of the original features, such as the interior brickwork and metal columns, to be retained.
