unLTD: aspirational Sheffield has some #amazing spaces

Is Sheffield finally transforming into the city we aspire it to be…no longer the “poor neighbour” when compared to Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham?  Has this very question has been the subject of conversations amongst you, your colleagues or business contacts?  If so, take a look at the short article we have published in the recent edition of unLTD magazine, which looks at the changing face of Sheffield.  It highlights the truly #amazing spaces we have on offer currently – whether it be offices, leisure, retail or restaurant/bar.

The increase in “crane activity” and associated road closures in around Sheffield is a welcome reflection of the building projects now being progressed in the city. Examples include:

  • the Heart of the City (Phase 2) development being brought forward by the Council with it’s development partner, Queensbury;
  • the continued development of the Sheffield DC by Scarborough Group (Acero now being 75% let, with work commencing on Vidrio later this year);
  • the continued development of Little Kelham by Citu; and
  • the commencement of work on Park Hill Phase 2 at the end of the summer.

colloco is playing a key part in many of the property projects ongoing in the city currently, and is assisting clients in making their commercial properties #amazing spaces.  If you are interested in starting/relocating your business into the Cultural Industries Quarter, Kelham Island, the Digital Campus, Park Hill, etc, – all mentioned in the article – then why not get in touch?
