Conroy Brook Office Requirement

We are delighted to have been fully retained by Conroy Brook to acquire a new office to accommodate their expanding business.

The office needs to meet the following criteria:

  • Size – 2,000-3,000 sq ft
  • Location – North Sheffield, Barnsley, Holmfirth.  Our clients are currently based in Holmfirth and are seeking to the be located anywhere in an arc between Holmfirth and J37 M1.  Improved access to the M1 is desirable.
  • Tenure – leasehold
  • Quality – good quality modern office space
  • Parking – most staff will drive to the office therefore parking is essential and ideally 15 spaces will be required.
  • Timing – our clients are not under a strict timescale but are wanting to source space in the next 6-12 months
