colloco have been retained to acquire a new HQ for a well known Sheffield based business. We are instructed to acquire a building meeting the following criteria:
– Total size requirement 8-12,000 sq ft
– Including 3-4,000 sq ft of office space
– Needs to be modern or new unit
– Location – Sheffield
– Tenure – will consider both freehold and leasehold options.
– Will consider land acquisition of 0.5-1 acres
– Timing – preference for existing building, but could wait for new building if required.
