colloco will be attending UKREiiF which this year will be held at the Royal Armouries in Leeds on 20-22nd May. The event is attended by property professionals. Members of our local authorities/councils and government departments also attend – as well as large investors, developers, and end-users from across the UK (and internationally). As part of the Sheffield Property Association’s (S-PA) presence at UKREiiF, the S-PA will have a boat moored at the marina on which they will be hosting a series of podcasts which our own Tim Bottrill has helped organise in his capacity as S-PA board member. These will all be recorded on the Tuesday morning (the first of which will be published on the Thursday). The topics tie into the the key themes of UKREiiF 2025:

- EDI in Real Estate
