We are delighted to have acted on behalf of our client, Katsura Holdings Inc, on their successful sale of Synergy Building to DBG Contractors Ltd. DBG are an established developer based in Doncaster. The conversion of this city centre office block into residential accommodation marks their biggest project to date and is therefore a significant milestone. Demolition has already started and is the first step in creating 108 luxury apartments that will contribute to the ongoing transformation of Sheffield city centre through the introduction of a new level of luxury living. DBG project a Gross Development Value of over £21 million for the project.
