As part of the Sheffield Property Association’s presence at UKREiiF, Arup hosted an event at their offices entitled “The Economic Impact of Post-COVID Working Practices on our Core Cities” which our own Tim Bottrill attended in his capacity as SPA board member. The session touched upon the findings of a report commissioned by the SPA. Representatives of Kada Research – who had conducted the research which fed into the report – expanded on what they had found out, together with providing insight into their recommendations for getting folk back into the office. An engaging Q&A session ensued, with insight being provided by professionals involved in both the public and private sectors.
