As a member of the Sheffield Property Association (SPA), we had a great day meeting representatives of the London Property Alliance on their recent visit to the city. Taking advantage of the good weather, we took them on a walking tour of some of the city’s key landmarks, exciting regeneration sites and real estate offerings. These included the transformation of Park Hill, the Museum Quarter, the Winter Gardens and Kelham Island. The SPA took the opportunity to discuss the historical links between London and Sheffield and the shared challenges and opportunities for real estate.
The London Property Alliance, an amalgamation of the City and Westminster Property Associations, represents more than 400 of central London’s leading property owners, developers, investors and advisory businesses.
